A Master Franchisee is granted the rights to operate the Fastway franchise system within an entire country or state.
Typically, they will be a successful business person who has operated their own business before, or who has held a senior position within a company.
During an intensive 45 week training and research course, the Master Franchisee divides the country into regions based on data such as population and the number of businesses. Each region is then granted to a Regional Franchisee who operates a depot and administration facility providing business services to couriers. The Regional Franchisee recruits Courier Franchisees, who are granted an exclusive territory and conduct the actual pick up and delivery courier work.
The Master Franchise operates from a centrally located Franchise Support Office, providing full business support services to their franchisees, to ensure the success of all franchisees in their country. |
