Establishing & Operating a Master Franchise

The Master Franchisee operates from a centralised Franchise Support Office. The office is established during the 45 week training course, and key staff are employed from that time onwards, to assist in research, recruitment and desktop publishing.

At start up, one Regional Franchise is initially developed as a pilot operation, and once successfully established the Master Franchisee may proceed to grant other Regional Franchise territories.

Assistance is also given to the Regional Franchisees to recruit their couriers, and services to customers commence.

A high level of support is given by the Master Franchisee to their Regional Franchisees both initially and on an ongoing basis. After the induction training, senior staff from the Franchise Support Office continue to give a minimum of two days every month with each Regional Franchisee, assisting them to operate an efficient and profitable customer focused business.
